纽约发布堵车警告！即日起到月底，这些路段全部封闭！今日路况将空前糟糕

本周开始，位于42st的联合国大厦附近，名流云集，全世界盛事联合国大会，已经启动。
而今年的联合国大会，时隔2年首次回归，规模将是是疫情前的2倍，此外将有140多名各国外交官出席，人数为历年之首。
为此，纽约交通局（Department of Transportation）9月15日，发布交通预警：
即日起至9月27日，全市进入“交通拥堵警示期”，出行司机和行人，需对极为糟糕的交通情况，有相应心理准备。
交通将有多糟糕
NYPD称，即日起，联合国大厦附近路段，以及与会代表通往联合国大厦的道路，都会进行交通管控，部分路段会全线封闭。
届时，司机行经相关路段将非常艰难，预计行驶速度将降到每小时4英里，比步行还缓慢。尤其是每日早间5点到下午7点之间，交通情况将非常糟糕。
交通局呼吁司机如若没有紧急事情，建议避开中城，或搭乘公共交通出行。
同时，NYPD还将在道路和人行道上设卡，对步行市民，也将进行安全检查。

而纽约交通局更是表示，今天（周三）的路况，将是联合国大会举行期间最糟糕的。
因为刚参加完英女王葬礼的美国1号人物，将来到纽约联合国大厦内进行演讲。总统到来，特勤安保将更为严格，交通管控影响范围也将扩大。

哪些路段受影响
根据NYPD和纽约交通局信息，从今日到周日，曼哈顿东城多处道路将封闭、或立哨卡，检查放行。
其中，东42街到东57街，一大道到第五大道间的区域，将在本周全部封闭，禁止机动车行驶。

此外，部分街道只允许单向通行，以及禁止街趴停车。
具体每日受影响路段如下：
周三：
如下路段仅限应急车辆，单向通行:
--42nd Street from 1st Avenue to 5th Avenue
--57th Street from 2nd Avenue to 5th Avenue
--2nd Avenue from 41st Street to 57th Street
如下路段机动车禁止通行:
--1st Avenue from 42nd Street to 48th Street. The tunnel underpass from 41st Street to 48th Street will remain open for passenger cars. Trucks and other large vehicles will not be able to access until the end of each day's session.
--44th Street from 1st Avenue to 2nd Avenue
--45th Street from 1st Avenue to 2nd Avenue
--46th Street from 1st Avenue to 2nd Avenue
如下路段5am后禁止机动车通行，直到当日会议结束:
--42nd Street from the FDR Drive to 2nd Avenue
--42nd Street Exit and Entrance Ramps of the FDR Drive
FDR Drive将不定期临时关闭
--Southbound at 63rd Street
--Northbound at South Ferry
如下路段将进行机动车临时交通管控，禁止车辆停放:
--49th Street from 3rd Avenue to Lexington Avenue
--50th Street from Park Avenue to Madison Avenue
--51st Street from Park Avenue to Madison Avenue
周四：
如下路段仅限应急车辆，单向通行:
--42nd Street from 1st Avenue to 5th Avenue

公交服务是否受影响：
此外，在曼哈顿区内运行的巴士，都会受到不同程度的影响，多条公交车路线将绕行：
即日起到周五，从39街北向开往Mitchell Place的M15-SBS 公交，将不在1大道上的任何站点停靠；
M50巴士将只在50st和2大道之间往返；
中城所有快速巴士将停止运行。

骑车出行是否受影响：
和2019年举行联合国大会时一样，纽约市将在第一大道和第二大道之间，给自行车骑行者设置2条临时自行车道。
